Tolo and Fanling Highways are strategic road links connecting the Northeast New Territories in Hong Kong and cross boundary to Mainland China.  The widening of the Tolo and Fanling highways is a HK$4.5bn (US$580.8m) road project. The project is aimed at relieving traffic congestion, which is commonplace in the territories, and meeting future traffic demand.

Asia Infrastructure Solutions Limited is the Lead Consultant for the design, construction supervision and contract management for widening an aggregate 6.7km section of the Highways from a dual 3-lane to dual 4-lane with hard shoulders and the associated vehicular and pedestrian bridges, geotechnical, civil, electrical and mechanical, traffic control and surveillance systems, and environmental mitigation measures.
