Singapore, Sep 15, 2026 – AIS-Hill is proud to celebrate Sellappalany (Palany) Perithamby, Executive Director at AIS-Hill, who has received two prestigious project management awards, recognising his leadership, professional expertise and commitment to innovation in project delivery.
Palany was named Winner of the Outstanding Project Manager Award 2026 in the >S$85 Million category by the Society of Project Managers Singapore. He also received the Asia Pacific Project Management Award 2026 from the Asia Pacific Federation of Project Management.
With more than three decades of experience in project management, Palany has contributed to some of Singapore’s most complex civil, marine, coastal and infrastructure projects.
His award submission highlighted his leadership on the Ayer Merbau Phase 2 Reclamation project, where he managed a high-risk operating environment, complex marine works and multiple stakeholder interfaces, while driving innovative solutions to enhance safety and efficiency in project delivery.
The two awards recognise Palany’s extensive project leadership experience and his continued commitment to delivering complex infrastructure projects through strong management, collaboration and innovation.
