Asia Infrastructure Solutions Limited provided consultancy services for extreme weather and climate change impact study for the MTR Premises, Railway E&M Systems and Facilities. We conducted risk assessment and study on how different extreme weather events and climate change events, mainly due to heavy rain consequences such as flooding, natural terrain / landslide, wind, lightning and temperature, affect the MTR Premises, Railway E&M Systems and Facilities and cause operation interruptions / train service delays. The study also included development of a progressive adaptation and mitigation strategy for implementation.
