Bedok Beacon is a mixed-used development project comprising residential and commercial facilities. The project comprises three residential blocks ranging from 13 to 17-storeys in height and has 500 dwelling units which are spread-out in 2-room flexi and 4-room flat layouts. The commercial blocks within the development were designed keeping in view the neighbourhood building façades to create a sense of continuity helping this new development to blend into the precinct. 

Asia Infrastructure Solutions provided Project Management and Construction Site Supervision services for this project. 

Asia Infrastructure Solutions’ Project Management team managed and planned the daily activities on site with the Site Supervision Team to ensure quality, time and cost management of the project.  Asia Infrastructure Solutions also engaged relevant authorities for Work Order preparation, ad hoc inspections and liaised with the Client appointed Sub-contractor for an efficient site coordination.

The project was successfully completed on time despite severe COVID-19 related disruptions.
