Hong Kong, October 07, 2024 – Asia Infrastructure Solutions Limited (AIS) is pleased to announce that the company has been appointed to provide engineering consultancy services for the Landslip Prevention and Mitigation Programme at the New Territories West in Hong Kong.

AIS have been at the forefront of slope engineering and landslip prevention and mitigation studies for more than 15 years in Hong Kong since the involvement in assessment of the major landslides that blocked the North Lantau Highway to the Hong Kong International Airport in 2008.

In this project, AIS will conduct the natural terrain hazard study for 2 hillside study areas, and undertake the detailed design, site supervision and contract administration of ground investigation, and landslip prevention and mitigation works for the hillside catchments and a total of 30 assigned government man-made slope features.
