With 28 years of expertise in the railway and industrial sectors, Yeap Beow Heng is a leader in Digital Engineering and BIM implementation. His diverse experience as a client, contractor, and consultant provides him with a comprehensive understanding of project delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
Yeap specialises in project management, Digital Engineering, MEP design and coordination, and railway system interface/integration. He has played a key role in driving digital transformation for infrastructure projects, helping organisations define their Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and Asset Information Requirements (AIR) to enhance information flow to improve project delivery.
He has led several projects that integrate digital workflows during the design and construction stages, improving collaboration between stakeholders and project delivery.
