A Project Owner's Guide to Completion: Managing Completion, Handover, Claims and Commercial Close-Out on Major Projects
As completion approaches, project owners commonly face increasingly complex issues relating to the certification of completion, management of defects, final payment claims, and protection of their contractual position in potential disputes. Navigating these final stages effectively is critical to bringing the project to a successful close.
