Before joining Asia Infrastructure Solutions, he served as the overseer and manager of the Cost Management business in AECOM for Southeast Asia for 35 years.
Stephen holds a Master’s in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, a Master’s in Project Management and a Master’s degree in business administration. Stephen’s professional accomplishments are complemented by his affiliations as a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers and a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Swee Sun has been involved in a wide array of end market sectors, including commercial real estate, residential, education, healthcare, infrastructure, aviation, sports, hospitality, recreation, and industrial projects.
In his current role, Swee Sun leads the project teams in all aspects of cost and contract management services, implementing procurement and contract strategies to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
Swee Sun is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers. He holds a MSc in Construction Law & Dispute Resolution from NUS/King’s College and a BSc in Building from NUS.
Within AIS, Swee Sun leads the Cost Management Research Group, overseeing essential cost research activities and publications. His influence extends beyond the organisation whereby, apart from occasional lecturing assignments, he was also a key member of the consultant team for the development of the Construction Electronic Measurement Standards and associated book publications.
Eugenie is an accomplished Executive Director at Asia Infrastructure Solutions, where she heads the Contracts Support Group and AIS Academy. With extensive experience in the construction industry, she is highly regarded as a thought leader and sought-after speaker in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
Her expertise lies in specialised fields of construction law, contract advisory work, construction contracts, procurement, project delivery strategies, standard contract forms, and dispute avoidance. She is also an Adjunct Professor at Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Eugenie is a prolific writer on practice and contract administration advisory articles and an author of several books on contract administration. She has several book authorships which include a compendium of contract administration handbooks for use with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract, Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore (REDAS) Design and Build Conditions, FIDIC Conditions of Contract, and book co-authorships comprising the Contract Administration Guide to the Singapore Institute of Architects Conditions of Building Contract and the Contract Administration Guide to the REDAS Design and Build Conditions. Her co-authored books have been cited with approval in legal cases, including Court of Appeal judgments.
Eugenie holds a Master’s degree in Construction Law and Arbitration from King’s College London and has an array of professional affiliations. With nearly a decade of experience, Edmund possesses extensive knowledge in global procurement, commercial, and contract management. He has worked on a multitude of projects, including data centres throughout the APAC region, commercial fit-outs, hotels, infrastructure, and institutional developments. Edmund is well-versed in various contracts, including FIDIC, SIA, Bespoke, REDAS, PSSOCO, and PAM.
Additionally, he has expertise with CostX and Glodon (BIM) software, having used them both as a Consultant and a Contractor. This includes providing training and administration for the software across the Singapore and SEA offices.

Nancy boasts over 15 years of experience as a Consultant Quantity Surveyor.
