Dickson Law is a distinguished Chartered Civil Engineer with an impressive track record spanning almost 30 years in the professional consultancy industry. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated excellence and leadership, leaving a lasting impact on the infrastructure landscape across Asia and beyond.

As the former Managing Director at Atkins, Dickson played a pivotal role in driving the success of the Civil Infrastructure business in Asia. His responsibilities covered a broad geographic scope, including Hong Kong, Macau, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, where he led and oversaw a wide range of civil engineering services. These included Highways and Transport Infrastructure, Tunnelling and Ground Engineering, Aviation, Land Formation, as well as Water and Environmental projects. He has consistently shown an exceptional ability to lead complex projects with strategic vision and technical expertise.

Dickson’s leadership and engineering acumen were instrumental in shaping some of Hong Kong’s most iconic and challenging infrastructure projects. In his current role as Managing Director of AIS, Dickson has been leading the development and application of various innovations and technologies that are recognised as key differentiators for AIS in the industry.

He has also served as a Council Member of the Hong Kong Association of Consulting Engineers (ACEHK) and remains actively engaged in the profession. Dickson is a frequent speaker at seminars and institutional events organised by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) and the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), Hong Kong Branch.

Ken Lee has over 30 years of extensive experience in the design and management of railway related civil and structural works. With nearly three decades of leadership in planning, design, management, and implementation of railway projects across Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and beyond, Ken brings deep expertise in delivering complex infrastructure projects in collaboration with world-renowned engineering consultants, contractors and railway authorities across Asia.

Before joining AIS, Ken served as Head of Design for the Capital Works Business Unit at MTR Corporation in Hong Kong. In this role, he led the Capital Works Technical Department, providing professional advice on a range of technical matters, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing design teams across the unit. He played a critical role in supporting project delivery teams throughout both the preliminary and detailed design stages of several new railway developments in the city.

Throughout his career, Ken has specialised in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on the design, construction, and project management of major infrastructure works from the planning stage to the construction stage. These include underground and elevated stations, tunnels, cut-and-cover tunnels, viaducts, stabling sidings, and depots. He also brings extensive experience in stakeholder coordination, working closely with government agencies, contractors, and statutory bodies to resolve design and construction challenges efficiently.

Adeel is responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives, executing cross functional priorities and embedding risk management into decision making.

Before his tenure at GISI, Adeel held diverse roles within the Dutch Engineering firm Arcadis. These encompassed Deputy CFO for the Asia region and Managing Director for Southeast Asia & India. In these capacities, Adeel engaged with and led multi-disciplinary teams, fostering professional development and guiding career trajectories, all while meeting business objectives.
Hailing from the United Kingdom, Adeel embarked on his Asian journey in 2014. His educational foundation rests upon a bachelor’s degree in economics and is a chartered management accountant (ACMA, CGMA).
