John Dalgarno is the Managing Director, Finance, APAC for GISI Consulting Group. In this role, John oversees financial operations across APAC, including AIS, JRP, and the Australia operations. With over 20 years of global finance leadership experience, John has held key positions across Australia, Asia, the US, and Europe. Notably, John served as the global CFO for GISI Consulting Group company, The Palladium Group, and held senior finance roles at Fortune 100 companies Ingram Micro and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

John is a Chartered Accountant and has earned an MBA and Fellowship in Global Leadership and Innovation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston, where he graduated at the top of his class. Additionally, he holds a Master of Financial Management from Macquarie Business School in Sydney and a Bachelor of Commerce from UCD in Dublin. Throughout his career, John has successfully developed high-performance teams and strategies to drive growth and profitability for billion-dollar businesses. He has led diverse teams in listed, private equity, and international private companies spanning life sciences manufacturing, technology, private equity, engineering/construction, and professional services.”

Christina Chan serves as the Human Resources Director at Asia Infrastructure Solutions. She is a seasoned HR professional and business partner, with extensive experience in the engineering and construction industry.
Before joining AIS, Christina accumulated significant HR expertise at leading engineering firms such as AECOM and WSP. Additionally, she expanded her experience in the construction sector by overseeing HR functions at Penta-Ocean.

In her role, Christina oversees the overall people strategy and is dedicated to ensuring HR compliance in the workplace. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, executive development, total rewards, performance management, employee relations, and HR technology.

Sherine is an accomplished Bid and Marketing Communications Director with over 20 years of experience across infrastructure consultancy, corporate strategy, and business development. As Head of Bid Management, Marketing & Communications at Asia Infrastructure Solutions (AIS), she leads firmwide marketing and pursuit strategies and oversees complex bids across all service lines. She also supports initiatives that strengthen communications and the corporate and operational platform within the GISI Consulting Group in Asia.

Prior to AIS, Sherine held senior client and business development leadership roles within international consultancies, including serving as Client Development Director at Arcadis. Earlier in her career, she led business development and pursuit teams within a government-linked infrastructure and urban development consultancy.

In parallel with her corporate career, Sherine founded and scaled a multi-label children’s apparel business in Singapore, recognised as “Best Kids Fashion Online Store in Singapore” for four consecutive years. She has also been involved in establishing and managing retail franchise operations.

Sherine is a member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP) and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
