We are thrilled to announce and celebrate the remarkable achievements of the AIS Project Management (PM) and Construction Site Supervision (CSS) teams. Over the last five years, these teams have successfully led and completed four major Housing & Development Board Build-To-Order (BTO) projects, showcasing their expertise and commitment to excellence.
Punggol Point Woods
Located in the vibrant Punggol Point district of the Punggol Eco-Town, Punggol Point Woods is a picturesque development bounded by Punggol Way and New Punggol Road. The project features six residential blocks ranging from 5 to 22 storeys, providing a total of 940 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, and 5-room flats. True to its name, Punggol Point Woods draws inspiration from the lush greenery surrounding it and the nearby tree-lined Heritage Trail, creating a serene living environment for its residents.
Tampines Greenvines
Set within the growing Tampines North area, Tampines GreenVines is a green sanctuary bounded by Tampines Street 62 and Tampines North Drive 2. The development consists of 11 residential blocks, with heights ranging from 8 to 14 storeys and offering 1,271 units of 3-, 4-, and 5-room flats. Named after its verdant landscaping and proximity to various parks, Tampines GreenVines integrates nature with urban living, fostering a harmonious community environment.
Bedok Beacon
As a mixed-use development combining residential and commercial facilities, Bedok Beacon stands out with its strategic location at the intersection of Bedok North Drive, Bedok North Avenue 1, and New Upper Changi Road. The development includes three residential blocks, ranging from 13 to 17 storeys. Bedok Beacon is a hub of activity and community exchange, adding vibrancy and convenience to its residents’ daily lives.
Plantation Village
In the innovative Tengah town, Plantation Village is a forward-thinking development poised next to an upcoming Jurong Region Line MRT station. Bounded by Tengah Drive and Plantation Crescent, this project features 15 residential blocks varying from 6 to 15 storeys. With a Neighbourhood Centre embedded within, Plantation Village offers an array of dining and shopping facilities, along with a childcare centre, an education centre, and a Residents’ Committee Centre, making it a self-sufficient enclave.
The successful completion of these projects under the leadership of the AIS PM and CSS teams is a testament to their unparalleled dedication, meticulous planning, and innovative project management strategies. Their ability to handle complex projects and deliver them successfully is what sets them apart in the industry.
