š Punggol Point Woods ā Winner (Category B)
We are happy to announce that AIS has clinched the top award in Category B for our successful delivery of the Punggol Point Woods project, a 940-unit Built-To-Order public housing development in Singapore.
This award is a testament to AIS’ excellence in project execution and collaboration, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery through the use of BIM, modular construction, and lean methodologies. By optimising time and resources while maintaining the highest safety standards, the project achieved zero fatalities and set industry benchmarks in safety performance.
š„ Woodlands Health Campus ā 2nd Runner-Up (Category A)
AIS is also honored to be recognised for our contributions to the Woodlands Health Campus, a groundbreaking healthcare development designed to accommodate up to 1,800 beds. This project marks Singaporeās first fully integrated healthcare facility, seamlessly combining an acute hospital, community hospital, specialist outpatient clinics, medical center, and a long-term care nursing home.
