The Woodleigh Mall and Woodleigh Residences

This development integrates seamlessly with the existing Woodleigh MRT Station and encompasses 206,000 sqft of retail and dining options spread across three storeys. It features 667 residential units within 11 eleven-storey towers, a 65,000 sqft integrated community club, and a 24,000 sqft integrated Neighbourhood Police Centre.

The use of Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC) modules was specifically chosen for this project due to the site’s unique location, its spatial constraints, and the logistical challenges associated with managing a site of such complexity.

The project employs innovative design solutions, including a horseshoe configuration, to navigate construction challenges and ensure the safe installation of PPVC modules. Environmental considerations were a top priority, leading to a design that minimises impact on the surrounding area. Notably, the podium’s façade adopts a curved form, thoughtfully designed to integrate with the existing tree crowns, harmoniously blending the structure into its natural setting.
