About the Project
The Singapore Nuclear Research and Safety Initiative (SNRSI) Building for the National University of Singapore is a five-story Research & Development facility located along Prince George’s Park. The design incorporates a semi-basement to house state-of-the-art nuclear research laboratories, optimizing space and minimising environmental impact.
The design preserves a significant portion of the original forested area, creating a tranquil environment. Additionally, the building includes solar panels and naturally ventilated spaces, emphasising sustainable and energy-efficient infrastructure.
This project has been awarded the BCA Green Mark Platinum certification for its outstanding sustainable features.
Our Role
Asia Infrastructure Solutions provided comprehensive cost management services, ensuring meticulous financial planning and execution. We also ensured the building met stringent energy efficiency standards set by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
