Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Stations

Expo Station: This is an above-ground station that provides rail connectivity to Singapore Expo, the largest convention and exhibition venue in Singapore, and to Changi Business Park. AIS offered post-contract quantity surveying services for this project.

Changi Airport Station: A five-story station that connects to Singapore Changi Airport Terminals 2 and 3, featuring an architectural bridge and a three-story glass atrium. AIS provided post-contract quantity surveying services for this station.

Dover Station: Notable as the first station in Singapore built over an existing operating rail line. The project includes bus shelters, link bridges connecting the station to these shelters, and other ancillary external works. AIS delivered full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services for this station.
