Project Description & Our Role
Asia Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) have been working on one of the largest new build Data Centre projects in Singapore in recent years. AIS are the Project and Cost Managers providing a fully integrated service with a team of over 20 staff to one of the world’s largest Technology companies, located in Singapore.
By collaborating with the wider AIS account team, we were able to clearly understand both the Client’s ways of working as well as the key challenges for this project. This enabled us to develop a compelling solution, blending our local market knowledge in parallel with identifying the right resources that were most suited to the project.
In addition, we have successfully extended our services to our client in their new DC in Malaysia.
