Project Description

Awarded in March 2026 under Agreement No. CE18/2025(GE), this project forms part of the Hong Kong Government’s ongoing slope safety programme aimed at mitigating landslide risks and safeguarding the community.

The commission covers 36 man-made slopes and retaining walls located across the New Territories and Lantau, as well as one natural terrain site along South Lantau Road. The scope encompasses comprehensive site investigations, detailed engineering design, and construction supervision to ensure that all works meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and environmental performance.

Through systematic risk assessment, targeted upgrading works, and rigorous implementation control, the project contributes to enhancing long-term slope stability and resilience across some of Hong Kong’s most geographically diverse and weather-exposed areas.

Our Vision

With over 15 years of expertise in slope engineering, Asia Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) is committed to safeguarding communities through excellence in landslip mitigation and preventive works. We strive to advance practical knowledge, promote proactive risk management, and deliver sustainable engineering solutions that strengthen long-term resilience and reduce geotechnical risks across the built and natural environment.

Our Smart Solutions

AIS harnesses advanced digital technologies to elevate project delivery and engineering performance. By integrating Digital Twin 3D models with ArcGIS and BIM workflows, we enhance planning, design coordination, and data-driven decision-making. This integrated platform enables design optimisation, improves constructability, and facilitates the responsible reuse of construction spoil wherever feasible.

In addition, AIS has developed proprietary automation tools for slope stabilisation design. These tools streamline critical engineering tasks, improve workflow efficiency, and ensure consistent, high-quality outputs — significantly reducing turnaround time while maintaining rigorous technical standards.
