Project Description

The GR.ID Shopping Mall A&A (Addition and Alteration) works involve a series of upgrades and enhancements to the existing mall structure, aimed at improving its facilities and overall shopping experience. These renovations include modernising retail spaces, enhancing accessibility, and upgrading amenities to meet the evolving needs of shoppers. The project seeks to refresh the mall’s design, providing a more vibrant and comfortable environment while maintaining its competitive edge in the retail market.

Our Role

Asia Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) provided comprehensive project and cost management services for the GR.ID Shopping Mall A&A works, ensuring successful execution with minimal disruptions.

We developed detailed project timelines, managed multiple stakeholders, and ensured full compliance with regulatory requirements.
