Project Description
The Campus for Research Excellence and Technological Enterprise (CREATE) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is a landmark research facility located within NUS University Town (UTown). Officially opened in 2012, CREATE spans a gross floor area of approximately 67,000 square meters (about 724,000 square feet).
Comprising four main buildings, the CREATE complex features sustainable design elements that contribute to significant energy savings and position CREATE as a model for environmentally responsible research facilities in tropical regions.
Our Role
Asia Infrastructure Solutions was part of the CPG-led consultant team appointed for the retrofitting works at CREATE. We provided quantity surveying services, supporting the enhancement of key areas within the facility while maintaining its original sustainable design intent and high-performance standards.
