About the Project & Our Role
AIS-Hill provided Technical, Environmental, Health and Safety Due Diligence, Green Mark Gap Analysis, Net Zero Assessment and Flood Risk Assessment services for the acquisition of a 23-storey office building in the Central Business District with F&B units on the ground floor. We also provided advice on the technical risks, environmental, health and safety risks, flood risks, as well as the asset’s potential decarbonisation pathways.
Outcome & Achievements
AIS-Hill carried out a full Technical Due Diligence including Green Mark Gap Analysis, EHS & ESA Phase 1, Net Zero Assessment (CRREM), Flood Risk Modelling Assessment, and encroachment survey.
After the transaction, we continued to support the client on the Phase 2 Net Zero assessment (energy modelling with scenarios).
AIS-Hill helped the client to identify the potential risks of acquiring the asset of interest and provided valuable recommendations and mitigation measures to facilitate the successful acquisition of the asset by the client.
