About the Project
AIS-Hill provided Project Management and Construction Site Supervision services for the Bedok Beacon project, which is a mixed-used development comprising residential and commercial facilities. The development comprises three residential blocks ranging from 13 to 17-storeys with 500 units spread-out in 2-room flexi and 4-room flat layouts. The commercial blocks within the development were designed with a view to harmoniously blending into the precinct.

AIS-Hill is the Project Management Consultant for BEDOK TOWN CENTRE Contract 8 (Bedok Beacon). This project had its unique set of challenges; AIS-Hill did a great job navigating throughout the course of the project from design, construction, to handover phases. This project was delivered within time, budget and CONQUAS Star rating during the peak of Covid-19 with an acute shortage of manpower and materials. Mr. Noothan was diligently involved throughout the project and maintained good working relationships with all stakeholders. He led the project team to be receptive and responsive in solving technical issues related to the project. AIS’s senior leadership team was also actively involved in the project’s day-to-day activities. We would like to extend our thanks and appreciation to AIS for helping the Housing & Development Board to successfully deliver Bedok Beacon.
