Project Description

Artyzen Singapore is a 5-star luxury lifestyle hotel with 142 spacious rooms and suites, all with balconies, ceiling fans, and luxurious bathrooms.

The hotel comprises five major parts. The 2-storey and 3-storey sky gardens are stacked on alternating floors. Other parts of the building are:

1st / 2nd storey reception and lounge,
3rd storey back of house office,
4th /5th hotel amenities,
8th to 20th Guest Rooms and Rooftop amenities.

Our Role

AIS-Hill provided Project & Programme Management services for the Artzyen Singapore Hotel, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion.

We oversaw project timelines, coordinated multiple stakeholders, and ensured compliance with regulatory standards. Our team managed risk assessment and quality control processes to maintain high construction and operational standards while mitigating potential challenges.

Throughout the project, AIS-Hill played a key role in supervising progress, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring smooth communication between consultants, contractors, and the client. From a programme management perspective, we optimised project scheduling, resource allocation, and cost efficiency to keep the development on track. By leveraging our expertise, we successfully delivered the Artzyen Singapore Hotel as a luxury lifestyle destination with modern amenities and distinctive architectural features.
