TH Lee

Executive Director,
Head of Geotech

TH is the Executive Director at Asia Infrastructure Solutions, leading the geotechnical and tunnelling team in the Hong Kong office. A qualified civil and geotechnical engineer, TH brings over 25 years of experience in civil engineering, design, and construction management. His expertise spans managing global projects involving major transport infrastructures such as metros, high-speed rails, roads, caverns, deep sewerage tunnels, and residential, commercial, and industrial developments, encompassing everything from planning and detailed design to construction support. TH’s experience is broad, having worked as a client, in contractor and consultant organizations in Hong Kong and Bangkok, and with the Singapore Government.

TH is deeply committed to mentoring the younger generation and advocates for the engineering industry’s recognition of the importance of design and management throughout the project lifecycle. He is actively involved in several engineering societies, holding committee positions in the Hong Kong Branch of the Association of Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Specialists (AGS(HK)) and The Institute of Materials, Minerals & Mining (IoM3(HK)). Additionally, TH contributes as a scrutineer for professional membership reviews for IoM3 and has provided training for the Geotechnical Division of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE). He has authored papers, presented at various conferences on civil and geotechnical topics, and has been a member of the advisory board for an international tunnelling conference in Singapore.
