Ternasser Chwee

As Head of Sustainability & Business Advisory for Singapore at AIS-Hill, Ternasser provides bespoke sustainability advisory and consultancy services to clients and investors. She has a proven track record in leading due diligence commissions, particularly in sustainability and environmental assessments and net-zero carbon assessments across a wide range of asset classes, including logistics, industrial, commercial, retail, recreational, data centres and hospitality.

Ternasser has deep expertise in managing due diligence activities during the investment stage and aligning multiple stakeholders across APAC markets, including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan and the Philippines. She has delivered technical advisory services across the full project lifecycle, integrating sustainability and net-zero carbon pathways into development and operational strategies.

Her broader experience includes leading the delivery of development and project management, as well as commercial and procurement management services, across Asia, including India, Vietnam and Indonesia. Her work has focused on client governance frameworks, project controls, contract and cost management, and industry best practices.

Prior to AIS-Hill, Ternasser gained extensive experience in investment, asset management and retail management, with capabilities spanning deal sourcing, financial modelling, due diligence, deal structuring, retail planning, lease structuring and negotiation in India and Vietnam. Earlier in her career, she provided cost and contract advisory services on several large-scale projects, including managing a team of quantity surveyors in Bangalore and establishing standard processes and procedures for a new office.

Ternasser holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management from NUS and a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics (Hons) from UniSA. She is a chartered member of the RICS (MRICS), CDCP certified, a Design for Safety Professional (DfSP), an ISO 14064 GHG Accounting Lead Verifier, and a Certified Zero Waste Manager.
