A Professional Engineer (Civil) and Specialist Professional Engineer (Geotechnical), Edward brings sound engineering judgement, a clear understanding of risk, and hands-on delivery experience across major underground and transit infrastructure projects in Singapore. He is a strong advocate of clear communication and close collaboration, believing that successful outcomes are driven by aligned teams that take pride, ownership, and confidence in their work.

Edward holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, a Master of Engineering in Civil (Geotechnics), and a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Civil Engineering.
