Dickson Law, a distinguished Chartered Civil Engineer with an impressive track record of over 25 years in the professional consultancy industry. Throughout his career, he has exemplified excellence and leadership in the field, leaving an indelible mark on the infrastructure landscape in Asia and beyond.

As the former Managing Director at Atkins, Dickson played a pivotal role in driving the success of the Civil Infrastructure business in Asia. His responsibilities spanned vast territories, including Hong Kong, Macau, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, where he oversaw and spearheaded diverse civil engineering offerings. From Highways and Transport Infrastructure to Tunnelling and Ground Engineering, from Aviation and Government Works to Water and Environment, Dickson demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate complex projects with finesse and vision.

His expertise and ingenuity were instrumental in shaping some of Hong Kong’s most iconic and challenging ventures. Among these notable accomplishments are the Central Reclamation Phase III, the groundbreaking Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge, and the ambitious Hong Kong International Airport Third Runway projects.

Dickson has been the Council Member of the Hong Kong Association of Consulting Engineers (ACEHK) and he has been actively providing support to professional institutions as key speaker for seminars and other institutional events organised by HKIE and ICE (HK Branch).
