Beh Swee Ding

Swee is the Executive Director at Asia Infrastructure Solution, with over 23 years of experience in Singapore, London, and Malaysia. Throughout her career, she has managed a wide range of public and private projects in sectors such as healthcare, education, retail, residential, mixed developments, hospitality, historical and cultural, industrial, infrastructure, sports, and environmental. Notable projects include the SGD1.4B Woodland Health Campus, SGD1.2B Singapore Institution of Technology Punggol Campus, London Olympic Legacy Projects, and various projects for The Royal Parks, including Princess Diana’s Memorial Fountain, The Open Air Theatre, and St James Park Lake Desilting. Swee was also involved in the master planning for Radcliffe Observatory Quarters for Oxford University in Oxford, UK.

Swee holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and an MSc in Construction Management and Project Management. She is a Chartered Project Manager with RICS (MRICS) since 2008 and is PMP and Prince 2 qualified. Additionally, Swee is a member of the Association of Building Engineers in the UK and the Society of Project Managers in Singapore.
