Hong Kong, September 23, 2025 – Asia Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) is excited to announce our joint venture with AECOM, appointed by the Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD), Hong Kong SAR Government, to advance the Design and Construction for the Site Formation and Infrastructure Works at the Ngau Tam Mei New Development Area.
This pivotal project will create a vibrant, sustainable community in the New Territories, with a specific focus on developing over 120 hectares of the Northern Metropolis University Town (NMUT), an integrated medical teaching and research hospital (Integrated Hospital) and the third medical school, and a comprehensive residential neighbourhood.
