Key Responsibilities:
- To check that the site works in contracts are in compliance with regulations.
- To witness the sampling and testing of materials in contracts.
- To supervise of site investigation and foundation works in contracts.
- To supervise the construction of temporary works for foundation and external works.
- To record and report of site works and other information of the contract.
- To perform other duties under direct instruction and supervision of Hong Kong Housing Authority.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate or equivalent in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering and with a minimum of 5 years relevant site supervision, foundation works and administration experience; or
- Degree or equivalent in Civil, Structural or Geotechnical Engineering and with a minimum of 2 years relevant site supervision and administration experience.
