Kuala Lumpur, March 26, 2026 – Asia Infrastructure Solutions (AIS) has been awarded the BSI BIM ISO 19650 Certificate of Conformity for Design and Construction (Lead Appointed Party & Appointed Party), a significant milestone in our digital transformation journey.
The award ceremony was held on 26 March 2026 at its Kuala Lumpur office, recognising AIS’s commitment to the highest standards of BIM implementation. AIS Malaysia is the first operating Company within the GISI Group to achieve this prestigious international standard.
The certificate was presented by Mr. Kiran Bhagat, Regional Head of Certification, BSI, and received on behalf of AIS by Er. Poh Seng Tiok, Managing Director, APAC, GISI Consulting Group and Dato’ Ir. Steven Yong, Managing Director, Infrastructure, AIS Malaysia.
Commenting on the award, Er. Poh Seng Tiok said, “This ISO 19650 certification is a big milestone for all of us in the Kuala Lumpur office. As the regional hub supporting our Asia Pacific operations, it reflects the high standards we have achieved in BIM workflow management.”
